Writing Goals and Motivation - story session
Join Jay in this fun and interactive session that will help you get going - or keep going - with your creative writing project. This two-hour session will focus on how and why characters' motivations and goals are important for your stories, with practical and useful examples to help you use this in your own stories. There will be some time for writing and sharing in the session (optional - volunteers only!)
No specific experience or knowledge is needed, and participants do not need to have a specific project they are working on. The information is useful for both fiction and non-fiction (including memoir and life-writing) and will use examples applicable for each.
Free to attend! Kindly hosted and supported by the wonderful Karratha Library people.
